Practical information
Arival and departure
The lease always starts on the day of arival at 3.00 pm (you can move in between 3.00 and 6.00 pm) and it ends on the day of departure at 10.00 am at the latest.
Booking and payment
At the booking of the house there will be a downpayment at about 25% of the rental.
The rest of the payment is due 2 months prior to the start of the leasing period.
If you book later than 2 months before start of the leasing period the full amount is to be payed when the booking is made.
If the payment agreements are not kept, the lease can be annulled, as the failure of payment is seen as a break of contract. If there has been a downpayment, this will not be returned, but will be used to cover the owners loss of income for the leased period and administration. In this case we will always try to contact the person renting the house before this happens. At the arrival at the house a deposit will also has to be payed as well as the rent – as you can see below.
Deposit
A deposit of 5.000 Dk is to be payed cash at the arival at the house. The purpose of this is just to secure the owners in case of damage on the house and/or the lack of final cleaning of the house. The deposit will of course be returned if there are no damage to the house or the inventory. Before the returning of the deposit the cost of your use of energy vill be deducted. Should the cost of this amount to more than the deposit, you will receive a bill before your departure from the house.
Use of energy
In the house is an envelope where you account for your use of energy. You will, at the arival - together with the serviceconsultant - read the meeters and note the figures on the envelope. At your departure the use of energy is noted and the amount of money is put inside the envelope and given to the serviceconsultant, who will come and say goodbye to you at the house. Energy is electricity, water and heating.
Energy prices
For all the luxuryhouses the prices for use of energy are:
Electricity approx. 2 Dk pr Kwh
Heating approx. 2 Dk pr Kwh
Water approx. 40 Dk pr m3
Things to bring
You must bring your own bedlinnen (sheets, duve- and pillowcases), tablecloths (there are tablemats), tea towels, dish towels, bath towels, toilet- and cleaningarticles, diswashing liquids and washingpowder. Everything else used in a normal household is in the house.
Tents and Camping
You are not allowed to place tents or caravans and such in the grounds or near the summerhouse.
Youthgroups
The house will not be rented to youthgroups.
